HATS OFF TO ROBERT "PKF" DOCKERY OF TEAM LAKELINE WATERSPORTS FOR WINNING THE 2008 Austin Kayak Fishing KATS (Kayak Angler Tournament Series)! Robert claimed the title to the 2008 KATS Angler of the Year award.
