Returns
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. We gladly accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For a full refund or store credit, we will require that the item(s) be in its original condition. Items that have been used will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All returns require proof of purchase. If a proof of purchase is not available, we may offer store credit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless the return is a result of our error. We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and that you insure the item for its full value. Warranties
If a product you purchase from us requires warranty service or is defective feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help you resolve your warranty issue.
